Our Heart Angel

We want to express our heartfelt thanks for taking a moment to visit Chloe's fundraising page.

This year we are honoring our Heart Warrior and Team Captain, Chloe. Tragically, Chloe gained her wings on March 8, after a sudden illness. She was always our light and strength, our source of humor and love.

Please honor Chloe, our now Heart Angel, by donating to this worthy cause that benefits CHD research, something Chloe was passionate about.

Hi my name is Chloe! I am a heart warrior!

It's sometimes a little hard being a heart warrior. I have a lot of fun at the heart walk! I hope this year we make a lot of money to help heart warriors, like ME!
