Mila is happy, healthy, and thriving. Doctors describe her heart as "corrected" and while the only signs of her operation are her scar and her heart murmur, she will need to be monitored for life.

Mila is now 2 years old and we are grateful for her health and the medical team that worked alongside us for months leading up to her birth. We are committed to giving back to the heart community and finding ways to raise money to support pediatric heart research so that children like Mila can live the lives they deserve.
