A little bit about our warrior Savannah Faith
Savannah Faith was born on March 8, 2017 at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. She was born with a CHD called Tetralogy of Fallot. Tetralogy of Fallot is a heart defect made up of four different heart problems: ventricular septal defect, overriding aorta, pulmonary stenosis and right ventricular hypertrophy. We were told to be prepared for her to be born Cyanotic (blue) and need Open Heart Surgery as soon as she was born but against all odds and despite everything the doctors told us, She was born pink as can be! At just 2 days old, she had a stent put in due to stenosis and to hold her over to gain a little weight before needing the correction surgery. Savannah came home 2 days later and was the happiest little baby ever.
At 2 months old, Savannah had her first Open Heart Surgery. This was an 8 Hour long surgery done at Mount Sinai in NYC. This surgery was to correct all 4 things that were wrong with her heart. This surgery was successful and Savannah came home only 3 days later!
At 14 months old, Savannah had to have a revision surgery due to Stenosis. This was about a 4 hour Surgery also performed at Mount Sinai Hospital. This surgery was also extremely successful and she came home again only 3 days later!
Fast forward to 2026, Savannah is now 9 years old in 3rd Grade and is healthy as can be. She does, Gynmnastics, Dance and Piano. Nothing holds her back! This little girl is full of sass, love and sweetness and She loves being a big sister to Gabriella and Carter!

This endeavor is all about supporting The Children's Heart Foundation's crucial mission—advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects through groundbreaking research that improves survival rates, reduces complications, and helps Heart Warriors celebrate more birthdays than ever before.
