Welcome back to those who have walked with us in previous years, and welcome to those who are joining Crew's Crusaders this year! We're truly grateful for you! 

Crew's heart warrior journey began at just 9 months old. While at his check up, his pediatrician heard a heart murmur, and a week later we discovered Crew's bicuspid aortic valve, and coarctation of the aorta. At just 10 months old, he underwent open heart surgery. Thankfully, the surgery was a success in correcting the coarctation. Crew will continue to walk through life with his bicuspid aortic valve, but we have hope it will not affect him for many many years to come. 

Crew is now a thriving three year old who loves superheroes, singing, and just being a rambunctious boy. 

Our team is walking with purpose this year—celebrating 30 incredible years of The Children's Heart Foundation funding research that saves lives! Every 15 minutes in the United States, a baby is born with a congenital heart defect, making CHDs the most common birth defect in our country.

Our mission is clear—we aim to raise funds to support The Children's Heart Foundation's quest to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of CHDs by funding groundbreaking research that improves outcomes, reduces complications, and helps Heart Warriors live longer, healthier lives.
