I wanted to share something incredibly close to my heart: Kaden's Krusaders. I will always be here supporting congenital heart research through the Children’s Heart Foundation in honor of Kaden. Kaden and his journey have touched my heart like nothing I could have ever imagined, and we’re hoping to raise support for children and families affected by congenital heart defects.
