EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE:
The Walk will proceed rain or shine and will only be cancelled in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. Any cancellations or important safety updates will be communicated through our official event channels.

Severe weather watches or warnings issued by local authorities

Extreme heat and humidity

Extreme cold or slippery terrain that creates unsafe conditions

High winds (sustained winds over 35 mph or gusts over 40 mph)

REGISTRATION:

SAVE TIME by pre-registering online. If you do not pre-register before the event, you will need to complete a paper registration form and sign the event waiver on-site.

Friends and family who donate are not automatically registered to participate in the Walk must register separately.

All participants ages 2+ must be registered. Pre-registering your team online will help ensure a faster check-in experience.

Already registered? Simply check in, submit any donations, and pick up your Walk T-shirt if you have raised $100 individually. Information about higher level fundraising rewards will be emailed approximately four weeks after the event.

Register Onsite: Donate $30+ and receive a pair of heart-shaped glasses while supplies last.

Family-friendly activities include music, face painting, pumpkin painting, kids’ crafts, and more!

Strollers are welcome. Decorate your child’s scooter or bike and ride over for the fun! Please supervise children at all times.
Light refreshments and snacks will be available; however, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please feel free to bring your own snacks or picnic lunch to enjoy after the Walk.
