Hi, this is Chase.

I'm 12 years old now and in 7th grade. I like baseball, Dylan, my parents, video games, reading, playing the drums and trombone, French (especially duolingo), etc. 

I had my heart surgery when I was 3 years old. My life is the same as my friends' because of that surgery. One of the ways research impacted my surgery is that my scar is different from some other people's because my surgeon used a glue to hold my scar together instead of stitches. So, my scar is barely noticeable.
