St. Louis Congenital Heart Walk

I want to express my heartfelt thanks for taking a moment to visit my fundraising page.

My commitment to making a difference has led me to participate in the Congenital Heart Walk, an event that carries immense significance for me. It's not just a walk; it's a stride toward changing lives. This endeavor is all about supporting The Children's Heart Foundation and their crucial mission - advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects through groundbreaking research.

Our son Elliott was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) in utero at 20 weeks. Our journey from there has been full of ups and downs but thankfully Elliott is 8 years old and doing amazing. He has had 3 open heart surgeries and a pacemaker placement.

There is no cure for Elliott's CHD only the set of three palliative care surgeries to hopefully give him a long, happy life. We are trying to change that by raising money for The Children's Heart Foundation to increase research for more options not only for Elliott’s future but also for all kiddos with CHDs!
