What an incredible day we had at the San Antonio Congenital Heart Walk!! Thank you so much for showing up, walking with heart, and standing strong for children and families affected by congenital heart defects.
Your support—whether through fundraising, walking, volunteering, or cheering from the sidelines—made a real impact. Every step taken and every dollar raised moves us closer to a future where all children with CHDs have the chance to thrive. A special shout-out to our incredible committee - volunteers are the heartbeat of CHF and we're so grateful for all you do!!
