When I was 20 weeks pregnant I found out that my son Felix was going to be born with congenital heart disease. On March 26, 2017 he was born at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where he endured more than I could ever imagine. He fought hard his entire life, but unfortunately at 22 months on February 15, 2019 he gained his wings. In his memory, I am going to continue his fight and do my best to bring awareness to CHDs and raise money to support the cause.

I am participating in the Congenital Heart Walk to support the mission of The Children's Heart Foundation: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research.
