Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the Philadelphia Congenital Heart Walk 2023 as I walk with The Ellie Effect team. As Ellie's mom, this cause is so dear to me as it is a way that I honor Ellie's life and her brave fight against CHD.

Promoting awareness and raising funds for congenital heart defects has become so important to Karl and I as we had never heard of CHD or Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome before Ellie's diagnosis; now our every day is a reminder of these terrible conditions. We hope that one day CHD can be defeated and we want to do our part by supporting The Children's Heart Foundation and their mission to fund the most promising research to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects.
