Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! My name is Kim and I'm Braveheart's mum. I'm one proud mama. Our little warrior has come so far and we're grateful to his medical and therapy team for being key players in his survival. Not only is he surviving, but he is thriving! This is, sadly, not the story for many others diagnosed with CHD. That's why I am participating in the Congenital Heart Walk to support the mission of The Children's Heart Foundation: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research.
