This is our third year, and as i promised Jelani the day she was born, I will continue to advocate, support and raise awareness for her and for all the others with CHD until i cant anymore. Jelani is 3yrs old, born with Hyperplastic Left Heart Syndrome. My beautiful granddaughter has brought so much love and light to our family, and I am forever grateful for her.
