My son Jayden was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome ( HLHS). His diagnosis has brought myself as well as our family to bring more awareness to this disease. We are choosing to Advocate for him so we are participating in The Congenital Heart Walk this year & continuing to bring awareness to CHD.
