Welcome to our team...'JACOB'S SOLEMATES'! Come walk with us on Saturday, May 2nd, as we continue to raise CHD awareness, support the Children's Heart Foundation, and remind Jacob of the village that walks alongside him! Leading the way for us again this year will be our heart warrior, Jacob. For those who don't know, Jacob was born on February 24, 2020, with 4 complex congential heart defects. To date, he has undergone three open heart surgeries and is now living and thriving with Fontan (single ventricle) anatomy. Jacob shows us on a regular basis what love, strength, and determination look like. And while Jacob's future holds more cardiac surgeries and endless unknowns, his genuine love for life continues to shine, despite whatever obstacles come his way.
