This year, I’m walking in the Congenital Heart Walk with a deeply personal purpose. My nephew Nicholas was born with a congenital heart defect and faced a challenging road as a newborn. His strength—and the strength of so many children and families like his—has inspired me to support this cause in a meaningful way.

By participating in this walk, I’m supporting The Children’s Heart Foundation and their mission to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects through critical research. This isn’t just about walking—it’s about helping build a future where fewer families have to face what mine did.
