I want to express my heartfelt thanks for taking a moment to visit my fundraising page.

Our son Will was diagnosed with Double Outlet Right Ventricle (DORV) with Tetralogy of Fallot physiology (TOF) at 20 weeks in utero. At 2 months old he had open heart surgery to repair his heart. After a month, Will came home with a feeding tube, and we were unsure if he needed a second surgery. Will continued to improve, no longer needed a feeding tube, and defied the odds.  At 9 months, a cardiac catheterization revealed that thankfully he did not need a second open heart surgery. Will needs a future procedure because he does not have a pulmonary valve, but he is three and thriving! We are forever grateful to Columbia, his surgeon, Dr. Bacha, Stony Brook, his cardiologist, Dr. Walsh, and all the amazing medical staff that took care of our Will. We are hoping to bring awareness and fundraise for a cause so close to our heart. 

My commitment to making a difference has led me to participate in the Congenital Heart Walk, an event that carries immense significance for me. It's not just a walk; it's a stride toward changing lives. This endeavor is all about supporting The Children's Heart Foundation and their crucial mission - advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects through groundbreaking research.
