Congenital Heart Defect Awareness (CHD) has been a big part in my life for over 22 years when I met the Westfall family.

Daniel Westfall a Heart Warrior!!

Daniel had gone through a lot of surgeries and had health issues.  He continued to live life to the fullest everyday by playing baseball, meeting the Pittsburgh Steelers (Thank you Make-A-Wish Fondation), graduated High School, worked, he would help homeless, and he has a son.  

Anyone that met Daniel, would NEVER FORGET HIM.  He was funny, sarcastic, confiendent, and had integrity.  He excelled at everything he did from sports statistics to pool and poker.

Daniel earned his wings and became a Heart Angel on 5/11/18.
