On Sunday, March 3rd a team of All Star Sports Food and Beverage Leaders and Cast will participate in an Bowl-A-Thon at Kissimmee Lanes. Our team name is “Fun With Foodies”. The proceeds from this event will benefit the Junior Achievement Program.
Let me give some insight into Junior Achievement. JA is a non-profit organization that is changing the game for our region’s youth with relevant experiential education in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship. JA brings together school systems, business leaders and volunteers to provide equal access to the tools, people and experiences all youth need to be 100% prepared for real life in the real world. That means students gain what matters most: control over their own lives, futures and careers.
