Welcome to Jeremiah’s Journey — a team made up of three warriors bound by love, strength, and determination: Mom, Dad and Jeremiah.

Jeremiah was diagnosed with congenital heart defect before he was born. Since then, he’s faced multiple heart surgeries and continues to show incredible courage every day. Our journey hasn’t been easy, but together as a family, we walk forward with hope and resilience.

We walk not just for Jeremiah, but for all the current warriors fighting CHD, the future warriors still to come, and the angels we hold close in our hearts. ?❤️

This walk is deeply personal — as a CHD warrior myself, I know the strength it takes to face these challenges. Supporting the Children’s Heart Foundation means funding the research that saves lives and gives families like ours a fighting chance.
