Hi, I’m Jeremiah and I’m 2 years old 

Even before I was born, my doctors found out that my heart was different. I was still in my mommy’s belly when they told my parents I had a congenital heart defect. That means my heart didn’t form the way it was supposed to, and I would need help right away.

When I was just one week old, I had my first heart surgery. And then, when I was a little older, I had another surgery in November 2023. I still see my heart doctors, and they keep a close watch on me to make sure my heart keeps doing its very best.

Even though I’m small, I’ve already been through a lot. But I’m also really strong—and so very loved. ??

This weekend, I’m walking in the Congenital Heart Walk to help raise money for the Children’s Heart Foundation. They help kids like me by funding important research that helps doctors learn how to fix little hearts and give us more tomorrows.
