I want to express my heartfelt thanks for taking a moment to visit this fundraising page.

Jeans commitment to making a difference in the lives of those affected by congenital heart disease has been tremendous. She began her support at the birth of her great- grandson Ronnie. She attended the yearly walk for many years until her health would no longer allow travel. She fundraised and donated yearly. Any donations in honor of her will benefit the cause she loved. 

This endeavor is all about supporting The Children's Heart Foundation and their crucial mission - advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects through groundbreaking research.
