Denver Congenital Heart Walk

Stella was diagnosed at 2 years old with Mitral Valve Disease. At 3 years old, Stella underwent 2 life saving open-heart surgeries. She has a mechanical heart valve, which will need replaced as she grows. Because of this, Stella will need many more procedures throughout her life which are dependent on future technological advancements.

Stella is now 7 years old and wants to tell people that participating in Congenital Heart Walk will help fund research that allows kids like her to receive the medical care that they need to grow up!
