Cincinnati Congenital Heart Walk

Our family's commitment to making a difference has led us to participate in the Congenital Heart Walk, an event that carries immense significance for to us. On Steptember 29, 2023 at 22 weeks pregnant, we found out that Avery had Tetralogy of Fallot. That date is forever grained in our lives and has led us on a journey we never thought we would be on. From the time of diagnosis, through her birth and then her open heart surgery to fix her heart defect on May 1, 2024, it has been a whirlwind of emotions. We are forever greatful to the amazing medical team at Norton Children's Hospital for giving our heart warrior the best care as well as support for us throughout this journey. The support of our family and friends has been overwhelming and we could not have gotten through the last year without you all.

This will be our family's first year participating in the Children's Heart Foundation Congenital Heart walk. We are excited to be able to support this foundation which provides so much to heart family's like ours. Their mission - advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects through groundbreaking research. All of your donations will go towards helping heart warriors like Avery and their family's throughout their heart journey.
