We're participating in the Congenital Heart Walk fundraiser to support the mission of The Children's Heart Foundation (http://childrensheartfoundation.org/): to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research.
TEAM BABY JON hopes to raise funds, research and awareness in honor of our 4 year old son, Jon, who is living with a rare congenital heart defect. Jon has undergone hours of open heart surgery and will be under cardiac care for his entire lifetime; for there is no cure for CHD. Our hope is to raise awareness and research to help many small children like Jon who are fighting very big battles.
