We walk in memory of our daughter, Mae Conway.  Mae was diagnosed with a CHD at 9 months old.  Her loss at 18 months old devastated our family.  We walk to honor her memory and to help other families and children impacted by congenital heard defects.

The Congenital Heart Walk is dedicated to raising funds to support The Children's Heart Foundation's mission: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of CHDs by funding the most promising research.
