The Congenital Heart Walk supports the mission of The Children's Heart Foundation: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research.

Sofia will need support for post Fontan CHD kiddos. The project with the most potential is the Fontan Heart Pump.  It is still in the development phase and they need our help to continue the research to make this a reality. Organizations like the Children's Heart Foundation give grants to support research like this one.

AWARENESS leads to FUNDING which leads to RESEARCH which can lead to a CURE.
