Our little girl is getting stronger everyday! Thanks to our Family, Friends and the Doctors and Nurses at Children's Hospital Of Pittsburgh.
Jaelyn is a fighter and she continues her fight everyday with a smile on her face! She is destine to live a beautiful life. Her big Sister Brayleigh couldn't be anymore happier to help her along her path less taken.
With your support in helping my team and I raise money to Children's Heart Foundation we as a team can give back to the life saving technology that saved our Jaelyn and help future little one's that are born with a congenital heart defect.
