As many of you know, my daughter, Journe Moorer, went to Heaven on October 31, 2019. She filled our lives with light and joy from the moment she was born on October 2, 2013. Journe was a bright and charismatic little girl who brought happiness to everyone who knew her. In her honor, I am participating in the Congenital Heart Walk, and I invite you to join us on this meaningful journey on October 4, 2025.

This walk is not just an event; it’s a significant stride toward raising awareness and funds for The Children's Heart Foundation. Our goal is to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects, focusing particularly on critical issues such as sudden cardiac dysrhythmia, myopathy, and sudden heart failure in children. This cause holds immense importance for our family, as we strive to uphold Journe’s legacy and make a difference in the lives of others.

I warmly invite all of our family and friends to come out and walk with us in support of Journe and the foundation dedicated to honoring her life. The event will take place at Brookrun Park, 4770 N Peachtree Rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338, with a meet-up at 8:30 AM.

Together, we can raise vital funds for life-saving research and create a powerful impact in the community.
